Among the oldest of recordings, dreams have long been considered in Judaism as journeys of the soul that are filled with messages of every form. Our approach to dreamwork draws on ancient practices and symbolism found across cultures and in the natural world. 

Safta’s Well is a place where everyone, Jewish or not, can begin to understand and work with their dreams. With guided support in decoding dream imagery, a whole inner world of knowing can be opened up. Through dreams, we can create a deeper connection with our internal and external worlds, and begin to integrate the inherent inner wisdom we each carry out into our everyday lives.

It is through careful observation and gentle witnessing of your dreams that we can help you to be seen and live in sincere relation with your soul’s desires.

  1. Every dream is an important, valuable letter for us to learn from.

  2. We are sensitive to the vulnerability that dreams can showcase. We treat each dreamer with respect, kindness, and compassion.

  3. Deeper information is completely up to the dreamer to share. If questions are asked for clarification, the dreamer has every right to deny that information, and is encouraged to do so if they prefer.

  4. We strive to be transparent with dreamers about what we see within your dreams. Truth can be a transformative tool for healing, growth, and deeper understanding. Take what resonates, and leave the rest.
